Dr. Kangas has more than 20 years of business involvement and seven years of higher education experience working as a campus college chair and associate faculty member. She is a co-author of The Refractive Thinker Vol. I: An Anthology of Higher Learning and The Refractive Thinker Vol. III: Change Management and has published several articles in Journal of Leadership Studies. Her dissertation, An Assessment of the Relationship Between Organizational Culture and Continuous Knowledge Management Initiatives, was cited among Proquest’s top 10 best-sellers in 2006. She recently joined Walden as a research methodologist, teaching courses and guiding students through research in the D.B.A. program.
