Dr. Chandler’s experience is in military management, leadership, and research. He has served in the Air Force as an airman, a master sergeant, and a colonel. His military experience also includes 33 years of management and leadership experience in aircraft and munitions maintenance (nuclear and conventional) and explosive ordnance disposal. In 2001, Dr. Chandler founded Aviation Resources LLC, a management and technical services consulting company that provides research, analysis, and marketing services to aerospace manufacturing companies and develops and delivers aviation-related training. Dr. Chandler is a lifelong learner committed to leveraging technology to advance the management literature and to seek, define, and create new knowledge—both qualitative and quantitative—of value to practitioners. He has more than 20 years of experience as an instructor at the university level. He joined Walden as a contributing faculty member in 2013 and works with students in the D.B.A. program, where he specializes in leadership and management.
