Dr. Gazzara has spent the last 25 years in management, leadership, organizational development, and teaching in industries ranging from heavy equipment to high technology. He is currently a senior partner at Magna Leadership Solutions LLC and previously worked for 18 years at Intel, where he managed worldwide programs for leadership development. Dr. Gazzara has taught traditional and online undergraduate and graduate courses in management, leadership, organizational behavior, marketing, and business strategy. He is a member of the National Speakers Association and presents regularly about leadership and building strong organizations. He is co-author of the 2008 book The Leader of Oz: Revealing the 101 Secrets of Marvelous Leadership for the 21st Century. Since 2009, he has served as a chair for Walden’s doctoral study mentoring courses.
