Background

Dr. Fisher-Blando has worked more than 20 years in aerospace, currently at The Boeing Co. in quality assurance on the B-1 Bomber program. She is a published author in four volumes of The Refractive Thinker and her own book, Aggressive Behavior: Workplace Bullying and Its Effect on Job Satisfaction and Productivity. She also speaks internationally as an expert on preventing and eliminating workplace bullying; the consequences of FOD (Foreign Object Debris) in aircraft products; and work/life balance: finding joy. She joined Walden’s faculty in 2009 and teaches courses in business along with mentoring doctoral students who are writing dissertations.
