Background
For the past 15 years, Dr. Massey has been an organizational consultant, dealing with issues like crisis management, organizational change, and organizational communication. He is currently a senior consultant at Corpen Communications in Calgary, Canada, specializing in crisis communication and media training. His new area of consulting and research is with expats—expatriates—people living outside their home country to work with multinational corporations. Dr. Massey has taught university courses for nearly 20 years, primarily in integrated marketing communications. He also teaches leadership, organization theory, and research methodology. He has taught at the University of Arizona, Utah State University, the University of Texas at San Antonio, and California State University, Fullerton. Dr. Massey is currently a faculty member in Walden’s D.B.A. program.
