Background
Dr. Weaver is the chief human capital officer for an Army agency. His educational background began with Park University in Parkville, Mo., continued with Central Michigan University, and culminating at Capella University with a Ph.D. in Organization and Management. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and watching people grasp something new.
