Dr. Spangenburg is a driven, enthusiastic, and motivated professional. She brings to her position more than 28 years of organizational experience with the federal government; 18 years of consulting experience; and 20 years of academic expertise as an instructor, mentor, and chair. Additionally, Dr. Spangenburg has more than six years of successful experience as a dissertation chair and committee member on diverse dissertation topics.
