Background

Dr. Gillespie is president of the Center for Healthcare Innovation, a 501(c)(3) research center and thought-leadership institution focusing on the global life sciences industry. He is a scholar, executive, and entrepreneur with expertise in strategy, analytics, technology, and operations in the biotechnology, medical device, and pharmaceutical sectors. Gillespie joined Walden’s faculty in 2012 and teaches courses for Walden’s M.S. in Human Resource Management program. His research has appeared in Academy of Management Review, American Behavioral Scientist, European Journal of Social Psychology, Federal Reserve Bank, Harvard Business Review, and Strategic Management Journal.
