Background

Dr. Land’s professional activities include both for-profit and nonprofit organization management and administration, with professional training in the areas of organization development, leadership, finance, human resource management, and human service delivery. Her responsibilities have included fund development, budget/finance administration, community relations, multi-agency collaboration and integration strategies, incident response planning and training, client service administration, in addition to employee supervision and performance evaluation. Her consulting work has included coordination, collaboration, and networking activities for government, community, and school-based integrated service organizations with the facilitation of public-private collaborative efforts to bring services to communities that emphasize resident involvement, self-advocacy, and empowerment practices. Dr. Land is currently a contributing faculty member in Walden’s D.B.A. program.
