Dr. Ford is president of D.L. Ford & Associates, a management consulting firm that offers training, organizational development, and change management services to businesses, government, and community-based organizations for almost 40 years. He has served on the faculty of Walden’s Ph.D. in Management program since 1999 and also serves as a professor of organizational studies, strategy, and international management in the Naveen Jindal School of Management at The University of Texas at Dallas. He has held academic appointments at the University of California, Los Angeles; Purdue University; Michigan State University; and Yale University. Dr. Ford travels extensively and has lectured in Australia, China, England, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Africa, and Turkey. He has published more than 50 articles in scientific journals and has received numerous awards, including an Outstanding Alumnus Award from Iowa State University, a Distinguished Service Citation from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Commission in the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels.
