Dr. Lentz is a university professor and author known for her writings on The Golden Palace Theory of Management, effective study skills, and refractive thinking. Since 2000, she has taught at the bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels. She has served as the publisher/editor and contributing author of the award-winning peer-reviewed series, The Refractive Thinker®. She joined Walden’s faculty in 2010 as a research methodologist and teaches the first course in the D.B.A. program. Dr. Lentz was selected as a Walden WOODS exemplar in 2011.
