Background
Dr. Carlstrom, Walden University lead faculty for Statistics and D.B.A. faculty member, has devoted more than 30 years at every level of education as a tenured teacher, college administrator, and counselor, as well as an engineer and entrepreneur. She has been a featured speaker at educational conferences, a counselor on a three-year government-sponsored pilot program, and headed many university accrediting committees for national boards. Her education awards number more than 30 and range from two-year stipends to trophies and certificates. She is also included in the listings in 15 international and national biographical publications, such as the 2010–2011 edition of Who’s Who in America, as well as the International Scholars Directory.
