Dr. Needham has taught undergraduate and graduate business courses in traditional and online classrooms for 10 years, including courses in business management, business strategy, corporate social responsibility, organizational change management, business communications, entrepreneurship, and international business. In addition, he provides consulting services for startup businesses, writing business plans and conducting seminars. Dr. Needham’s dissertation was a qualitative phenomenological study of Detroit inner-city youth entrepreneurship programs. He joined Walden in 2011 as a methodologist and committee chair in the D.B.A. program.
