Dr. Lazar currently works as a global consultant and educator. He has successfully stabilized and transformed the operations and finances of several organizations during and following bankruptcy proceedings, startup operations, transitions, mergers, and restructurings. He has also consulted, lectured internationally, and provided strategic planning and program and instructional development. He joined Walden as a faculty member in 2008 and continues to teach and facilitate business courses, research forums, and doctoral study completion courses in The Richard W. Riley College of Education and Leadership and the College of Management and Technology.
