Background

Dr. Lazar currently works as a global consultant and educator. He has successfully stabilized and transformed the operations and finances of several organizations during and following bankruptcy proceedings, startups, transitions, mergers, and restructures. He has also consulted and lectured internationally and worked on restructures, strategic planning, program, and instructional development. He became a faculty member at Walden in 2008 and continues to teach and facilitate business courses, research forums, and doctoral study completion courses at The Richard W. Riley College of Education and Leadership and the College of Management and Technology.
