Dr. McAllister is a principal systems engineer for Jacobs Engineering at Eglin Air Force Base in northwest Florida, providing engineering support to Air Force weapons test missions. He spent the majority of his career in the Air Force, where he flew the F-15 Eagle and performed in a number of operational, command, and staff assignments both stateside and overseas. In industry, he has held a number of technical and executive-level management positions. He teaches doctoral courses in Walden’s School of Management, mentors Ph.D. students in most specializations, participates on dissertation committees, and is a Knowledge Area Module assessor.
