Dr. Rabin has taught graduate and undergraduate human resource and finance classes at a number of universities and has taught benefits and compensation for WorldatWork certification programs. She has assisted in the development of graduate courses at Walden covering strategic human resource management and compensation and benefits. Dr. Rabin has written for several publications, including Human Resource Management Review, Benefits Quarterly, and the Compensation & Benefits Review, and has presented before the Academy of Management, the Labor and Employment Relations Association, and the American Compensation Association. For the past several years, she has worked as a human resource consultant for several growing and emerging businesses within central New York and has also worked as a human resource professional at a number of organizations. She has extensive experience in the design and management of many comprehensive employee benefit and retirement programs.
