Dr. Witchel is president of Witchel & Associates, a firm that specializes in organizational development and training. He has taught online since 1995 and is the co-author of two books, How to Teach and Train Online and How to Learn Online. He has written articles for electronic media, and Melcrum Publishing has summarized his article on psychographics in two publications. Previously, he spent more than 20 years in managerial positions in advertising—working for major clients such as Ralston Purina and Anheuser-Busch—as well as marketing and broadcasting sales. He successfully launched a loyalty marketing program in broadcasting that was showcased at the TVB meetings in New York. He has worked with the Transportation Security Administration, the Orange County Clerk of Courts, and the world’s largest theme park company. He joined Walden’s faculty in 2009.
