Dr. Lolas has more than 30 years of experience in strategic management and has been involved in operations management in some 70 countries. For the last 18 years, he has been chief of the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control’s Bureau of Business Management, responsible for the business management functions for 140 locations and 5,500 employees throughout the state. He was selected by the governor of South Carolina to lead the state’s Managerial Accountability Program Commission for governmental purchasing activity for all state agencies.
