Background
Dr. Lolas serves as the chief of the Bureau of Business Management with the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, with responsibilities that include procurement activity for more than $400 million, A&E construction and planning, facility management and leasing for more than 160 locations, motor vehicle management for more than 600 vehicles, central supply and logistics, mail distribution, management information systems, art, graphics, photography, special projects, and risk/safety management. Dr. Lolas is also the CFO and business manager for Columbia Specialty Chemicals.
