For 29 years, Dr. Davis was on active duty with the U.S. Army, specializing in logistics. She served in a variety of leadership positions, from platoon leader through brigade commander. She was instrumental in the Army’s move toward enterprise management and served as the director of the Materiel Enterprise Task Force, which strived to integrate all Army logistics organizations involved in material management from research and development through destruction. She joined Walden’s faculty in 2012 as a mentor in the D.B.A. program.
