Background
Dr. Puderbaugh joined Walden in 2006 and currently teaches courses in the Business Administration and Human Resource Management master’s programs. She holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS). Her background includes human resource experience in both private and public industries. She is active in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is active with the Walden student chapter of SHRM.
