Background
Dr. Gobeille has more than 20 years of international and domestic experience in quality management, Lean Six Sigma, regulatory requirements, and management of organizational excellence. Dr. Gobeille is president of Stratagems, LLC, where she consults with companies to achieve strategic business goals and establish quality and environmental management systems as well as develop Lean Six Sigma programs. She has worked as director of quality and master black belt at Arvato Digital Services, Cabot Corp., and Stanley Fastening Systems. Since 2007, she has taught graduate studies courses at several universities, including Walden where she mentors doctoral students. She presented “The Effects of Six Sigma Mentoring on Project Success” at the 2009 ASQ World Conference.
