Dr. Meilich is an enterprise systems architect for the U.S. Department of Defense, Chief Information Office. He consults on information systems and enterprise architecture and has worked on numerous engagements, primarily for U.S. government agencies. Dr. Meilich has more than 40 years of experience in engineering, having held positions in management and as chief systems engineer and chief architect. With 15 years of experience as an adjunct professor and lecturer at several universities in the Washington, D.C., area and at Walden University, Dr. Meilich is a member of and contributor to several professional societies, including the International Council on Systems Engineering, the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, the National Defense Industrial Association, the Network Centric Operations Industry Consortium, and numerous ISO standards committees. Dr. Meilich has made more than 40 presentations at various symposiums and professional society conferences.
