Dr. McCollum, who is ISO 9001 certified and CMMI trained, is an accomplished consultant and organizational development expert with more than 20 years of experience in government and private industries. His specialty is change management in areas as diverse as information technology, telecommunications, human capital, and nonprofit organizations. He has published the following books: Process Improvement in Quality Management Systems: A Case Study Analyzing Carnegie Mellon’s Capability Maturity Model, Applied Change Management: Approaches to Organizational Change and Transformation, and Strength of a Black Man: Destined for Self-Empowerment. Dr. McCollum is a registered organizational development consultant of the Organizational Development Institute.
