Background
Dr. Brashen has been an educator for more than 30 years. As the program director for Walden’s B.S. in Communication, M.S. in Leadership, and M.S. in Human Resources programs, he has designed numerous graduate courses in leadership and has extensive experience mentoring doctoral students. Dr. Brashen is the founder of Clear and Effective Communications, a company that helps clients maximize productivity and morale by enhancing internal and external communications. He has worked with various organizations to provide his expertise in areas that include leadership, succession planning, strategic human resource management, organizational development, executive coaching, research and design methodology, survey facilitation, and training.
