Background

Dr. Hudak is a strategic planner in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs. As a career Army officer, he served in a number of operational, tactical, educational, and corporate healthcare administration positions in Germany, Vietnam, and the United States and achieved the rank of colonel. After military service, he held academic positions at Nova Southeastern University and Marymount University. He also held healthcare management positions in the Department of the Army. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the bar associations of the District of Columbia and Florida. He has published articles in a number of peer-reviewed healthcare journals and other publications. He joined Walden’s faculty in 1998.
