Dr. Schulze has been an instructor at Walden since 2005. He is a tenured associate professor in the department of health science at Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania, where he teaches undergraduate courses in health/physical education and community health. Dr. Schulze is a certified health education specialist and a member of the Board of Commissioners, National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. In 2005, he was named a Fulbright lecturer in public health to the Lugansk State Medical University in eastern Ukraine. He has presented numerous research papers at regional, national, and international public health meetings. He also has more than 10 years of experience in a state health department as an HIV public health program representative and public health educator.
