Dr. Neville spent 15 years as a hospital dietitian in California before moving to Utah where she now works as director of health promotion for the health department in Salt Lake County. She is a past president of the Utah Public Health Association and currently is president of the Utah Nutrition Council. She has published articles on worksite health promotion and a current project is organizing a community garden. She joined the Walden faculty in 2010 and teaches in undergraduate health sciences.
