Dr. Spillman has a master’s degree in Counseling and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Counseling from Idaho State University. He has presented at the national, regional, state, and local levels and has been published in the marriage and family journal. Currently, Dr. Spillman is chair of a doctoral program on Oahu and teaches in the Mental Health Counseling program at Walden. He is a licensed mental health counselor in Hawaii, where he has a private practice and enjoys working with individuals, couples, families, and groups.
