Dr. Gray spent more than 30 years working in and with New York City schools as a teacher, administrator, and school counselor and was also the director of a community mental health center in the Bronx, N.Y., serving more than 1,200 clients. After a stint as lead counselor for School District 2 in New York City and 10 years as a perceptual development counselor, Gray retired and now divides his year between his homes in New York City and Israel. He consults with schools in the development of effective counseling programs.
