Dr. Rogers-Larke has more than 15 years of experience working in the counseling field in a variety of roles, including mental health, private practice, and schools. Currently, she maintains a virtual counseling practice and works as a counselor at a state residential school for the deaf and blind, where she provides specialized therapeutic services. She has spoken extensively on issues of mental health in children.
