Background
Dr. Coleman is president and CEO of The Coleman Group and The Anger Doctor, firms specializing in anger management, human capital, training, and research. A former tenured professor at Purdue University, she has experience in the areas of mental health, criminal justice, food and beverage service, and transportation at institutions and companies including the State University of New York, Educational Testing Service, and American Airlines. Refereed publications include a book, chapters, journal articles, and curriculum guides. Dr. Coleman conducts substance abuse evaluations for the U.S. Department of Transportation and is a certified federal mediator for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
