Background
Dr. Scotten received her Ph.D. in Educational Studies at Lesley University in Cambridge, Mass., and her postdoctoral fellowship at Boston University Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation. She received her M.S.W. from Smith College’s School for Social Work in 1981. She currently serves as a faculty member in Walden’s Ph.D. in Human Services program in the School of Counseling and Social Service. Dr. Scotten’s diverse 28-year professional career has included clinical practice, administration, supervision, and teaching.
