Dr. Tappler has served in various capacities in education, from substitute teaching to elementary school principal. He has a B.S. in Education, an M.A.Ed. in Curriculum and Technology, a master’s degree equivalent in Educational Leadership, and a Ph.D. in Education with a specialization in Distance Education. He considers himself a “constructivist/behaviorist,” firmly believing in a blended educational philosophy of constructivism and behaviorism and in a community of active learners working in concert for the development of individual success.
