Background

Dr. Spillett has served as a faculty member at the University of New Orleans, where she taught courses in qualitative research methods and served as a qualitative methodologist on doctoral dissertation committees, and at the University of Utah, where she taught courses in higher education administration. She also served as an admissions counselor and as director of career planning and placement at the State University of New York at Oswego, and she worked as a program assistant for the Institute for Educational Management at Harvard University.
