Dr. Flohr’s publications include research, books, videos, audio recordings, and computer programs. He is also an actively performing musician and teacher of young children. He is a professor emeritus of Texas Woman’s University and has served as president of the Texas Music Educators Conference. Recent honors and publications include Music in Elementary Education (Prentice Hall), a grant from the Fulbright Senior Specialists Program, and a fellowship with the Faculty Fellows program of the Washington Internship Institute in Washington, D.C.
