Background
Dr. Pratt is a managing partner of Crossroads Consulting Group, where he works with institutions, organizations, and corporations interested in the development of online distance learning and training programs. Dr. Pratt has held positions as registrar, faculty member, and director at Chapman College; assistant professor in the International Studies Program; and chair of the Management Information Systems Program at Ottawa University in Ottawa, Kan. He also served as academic dean in Ottawa’s international program. Dr. Pratt has appeared several times on PBS broadcasts as an expert panel member around issues in distance learning. Dr. Pratt has more than 45 years of experience as a computer systems engineer and developer.
