Background
Before entering into higher education, Dr. Kim taught at the elementary level in San Diego, Calif. He has been teaching graduate-level on-campus and online courses in philosophy of education, diversity in education, qualitative research, and dissertation seminars for six years. He is in the process of designing an online qualitative research course for a university.
