Background
Dr. Pearce has worked with at-risk youth and special-needs high school students for seven years. She developed and facilitated a youth leadership program for these individuals and has assisted in their transition from high school to life and work. Prior to joining Walden, she taught research classes at Saint Francis University and The Pennsylvania State University.
