Customize your learning experience by completing a field experience component focused on practical application or a culminating thesis focused on continued research. All credit hours earned may be applied to the Ph.D. in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Psychology (Industrial Track or Organizational Track) for students who apply for and are admitted to that program upon completion of the M.S. in Psychology degree.
