Dr. Dallas Shafer ’79, who earned a Ph.D. at Walden, is the director of counseling and pastoral care at an 8,000-member church in Colorado Springs, Colo. He conducted a series of training sessions for marriage counselors and pastors in Johannesburg and Cape Town, South Africa, in May.

 

Dr. Earl Devine Martin ’77, who earned a Ph.D. at Walden, recently published a book, Mary McLeod Bethune: Matriarch of Black America, through Xlibris.
