Jim Scinta, who earned an M.B.A. from National Technological University, had an article published in the March issue of Research-Technology Management, “Assessing Your Organization’s Potential for Value Innovation.” Scinta is manager of carbon and hydrocarbon processes in downstream technology for ConocoPhillips, in Bartlesville, Okla., where he is responsible for developing refining-related technologies.
