On Nov. 5, 2007, Walden University co-presented an exclusive Newsweek Executive Forum, “Wireless and Well Prepared: The E-mergence of Technology in the Classroom,” at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.
The forum examined the latest technology tools, their application and impact on various learning styles, and the role public and private partnerships play in the technological advancement of education. This forum featured some of the nation’s premier thought leaders on technology, including College of Education faculty member Dr. David Thornburg.
The panel was moderated by Newsweek senior technology editor Steven Levy and included the following panelists:
