Marketing Specialization - B.S. in Business Administration


Today’s business organizations need savvy leaders who can design and implement high return, cost-effective marketing strategies. In this concentration, you can gain the creative decision-making skills needed to manage marketing resources and activities within both a domestic and global context. Explore the fundamental theories and concepts of marketing such as consumer behavior, customer relationship management, channels of distribution, and the marketing mix. Coursework also examines the fundamentals of service marketing including total quality management, customer perception, and services pricing.
