It’s our goal to prepare our graduates for the workforce. The advanced knowledge and skills Walden graduates gain will enable them to meet the challenges in their fields, now and in the future. To make sure we are accomplishing our goal, we survey employers of our graduates annually and then share that information with you as part of Walden’s Demonstrating Accountability, Transparency, and Assessment (DATA) project.
Highlights include:*
- Employer satisfaction is high, with more than 87% of employers of Walden graduates satisfied or very satisfied with the Walden graduate employed at their organization.
- 97% of employers of our graduates say they would hire another Walden graduate.
- The majority of employers reported that since attending Walden, their employees’ professional skills and performance in areas such as leadership, knowledge of the field, and problem-solving have shown improvement.
