This award is given annually to recognize outstanding Walden faculty members (up to one from each college) who exemplify the university's core values of quality, integrity, and student-centeredness. Faculty may be nominated by current students, other faculty members, or alumni.
Criteria
The Walden faculty member must demonstrate:
- Mentoring and teaching excellence
- Service to the university
- Service to the community and organizations
- Scholarly contribution to her or his discipline
