Walden Faculty Expert Discusses Youth Obesity and Family Fitness Activities

Dr. Shelley Armstrong, a faculty member in Walden’s School of Health Sciences, spoke with radio hosts nationwide to discuss youth obesity and how families can incorporate fun physical activity into their daily routines. She participated in national, regional, and local radio programs, including broadcasts by Main Street Radio, Good Parenting Radio, and Everyday Family as well as stations in local markets including Albuquerque, N.M.; Cincinnati; Columbus, Ohio; Denver; Miami; Minneapolis; New York; Salt Lake City; and Washington, D.C.
