In this specialization, you will:
- Learn essential skills for managing and delivering training systems and modules.
- Explore technologies that support a variety of training in both traditional classroom and virtual environments.
- Learn methods and techniques for identifying performance gaps, conducting needs assessments, and identifying solutions and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Implement design changes to instructional materials and support systems based on your analysis.
Embedded in this specialization is a certificate in Instructional Design that you earn after completing the fifth course. Earning this certificate demonstrates to potential employers the skills you have already gained and to your current employer just how far you have already progressed. Upon graduation, you can also earn an additional certificate in Online Learning.
