New Walden specialization for those who teach adults
Do you teach at a community college or provide training for adults in a school district or corporate setting?
Walden’s new Ed.D. specialization in Higher Education and Adult Learning was designed to help you meet your professional goals.
Project Management
Through a specialization in Project Management, you will develop the strategies required to manage projects of various scopes and sizes. Study ways to avoid typical project pitfalls while you put your newfound project management skills to work in real-world exercises.
Walden has been reviewed and approved as a provider of project management training by the Project Management Institute (PMI)®. As a PMI Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.), Walden has agreed to abide by PMI-established quality assurance criteria.

Note: The Project Management specialization requires the use of Microsoft Project. The software will be provided in trial form, but there is not a Mac version of this software available. Students in this specialization are required to use Microsoft Windows, Windows XP, or Windows Server 2003 or later. Because Mac users may experience difficulty using the software, we recommend the following: (1) Mac users should be prepared to use a PC during this course or (2) Mac users should purchase the appropriate software or hardware to be able to replicate the Windows environment on their Mac.
The courses are delivered in a prescribed sequence. Each 16-week semester includes two consecutive 8-week courses.
