Human Resource Management
Through a specialization in Human Resource Management, you will have the opportunity to develop a deeper awareness of leadership styles and how they impact individuals and teams. Study the skills needed to lead a high-functioning team and be prepared to counsel senior management on key personnel issues.
Completion Requirements
- 36 semester credit hours
- Foundation and core courses (24 sem. cr.)
- Specialization courses (8 sem. cr.)
- Capstone courses (4 sem. cr.)
