One key indicator of a university’s long-standing quality is accreditation. Walden University is an accredited online university. Our accreditation is through The Higher Learning Commission, a member of the North Central Association, which is one of the six regional accrediting associations recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
In addition to being accredited at the university level, Walden also holds program-level accreditations for our B.S. in Business Administration, BSN, M.S. in Mental Health Counseling, M.B.A., MSN, and Ph.D. in Management programs.
